My Background
I am a Certified Life Coach, Registered Massage Therapist, and a graduate from the University of Waterloo with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. I have been working with people with various backgrounds for over 25 years. In my spare time, I can be found either hiking, on my motorcycle, training in BJJ, or producing "Watch Fanatics" podcast.
