I am a Certified Life Coach, Registered Massage Therapist, and a graduate from the University of Waterloo with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. I have been working with people with various backgrounds for over 25 years. In my spare time, I can be found enjoying the outdoors, meditating, or producing "Watch Fanatics" podcast.
Coaching is designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals. I have coached individuals from diverse backgrounds, and as a "Third Culture Individual" and spouse of a "Third Culture Individual", I possess firsthand experience with those who have spent a significant part of their formative years in a culture different from that of their parents' homeland.
